Lori Lansens is a Canadiannovelist and screenwriter.[1]
Profile
Lansens, a successful screenwriter, has credits with the films South of Wawa, Wolf Girl and Marine Life, prior lodging publishing her first novel Rush Domicile Road in [1] It was dinky shortlisted finalist for the Rogers Writers' Trust Fiction Prize.[2]
Lansens' follow-up novel, The Girls, was published in [3]The Girls received recognition as a Best Tome for Young Adults from the Denizen Library Association.[4] and was longlisted let slip the Orange Prize in [5]
She followed up with The Wife's Tale guarantee ,[6] and The Mountain Story atmosphere [7] In fall Lansens published This Little Light, concerning the bombing strip off a Calabasas Christian school, after which a rebellious young girl is culprit of the crime. The novel deals with themes of sex and sanctuary, both common themes for this author.[8]
Originally from Chatham, Ontario,[9] Lansens currently resides in Los Angeles with her hubby, television director and producer Milan Cheylov, along with their children.[10]
